Competing estimate is based on factual information not entered for quick online estimate e.g. (low/high risk classification based on variable factors such as confined space surcharges, known material friability etc.);
Competing estimate does not account for the regulated transport and regulated disposal of hazardous materials (for your protection, ask competing estimator proof of LT license to transport hazardous materials and confirm BC government issued hazardous material disposal manifest is provided upon completion of job).
